FMS belt scales weigh every kind of heavy, bulky goods. Such as sand, gravel, broken stones, coal, building rubble etc. Its main components are a measuring roller and the electronics unit. The force monitoring in the measuring roller is entirely sealed. The contactless belt speed detection is also part of this robust, galvanized steel housing. The design has been optimized to suite the severe conditions of the applications. The electronics unit processes and displays the process parameters. FMS belt scales are second to none in terms of reliability and precision.
The electronics of the BMGZ600 series has been designed for the demanding applications of mobile and stationary conveying systems. The large display will indicate actual performance, daily amount, total amount and belt speed. A configuratable analog and digital output is available to connect additional displays or controllers. The integrated RS232 interface can be utilized to integrate the BMGZ600 into a master control concept. Different housing options are available to allow field installation as well as panel integrated installation e.g. in a cabinet.
As an option, the BMGZ 600 is also offered as an integrated unit in a sealed cabinet. The BMGZ 610 as single channel version can take the input of a single measuring roller. The BMGZ 620 as the dual channel version will be able to display and process data coming from two independent working measuring rollers. In addition all BMGZ 600 series electronics offer an optional Profibus interface.
The flat measuring rollers of the series BMGZ 021 are designed for operation in most severe conditions and under steady load in mobile and stationary plants that process heavy, bulky goods.
The measuring rollers of the series BMGZ 041 are suitable for troughed conveyors. A wide portfolio of sizes for standard belts offers solutions for most applications.
In combination with the matching electronics unit, FMS offers also a calibratable version of the troughed measuring roller BKS 061 (currently not available). This includes an additional speed sensor as well as a temperature sensor for automatic compensation of the environmental temperature.
