The digital sensor features a state-of-the-art CCD array. This uses LEDs in different colors as well as the optimized DSP (Digital Signal Processing) algorithms guarantee a maximum of line illumination across the entire color spectrum and ensure high contrast in all color combinations. The sensor can be quickly and precisely positioned on the reference line or edge using a light spot and the built-in focus function. For easy recognition, the line or edge position is displayed on an LED display. During the calibration process, the line or edge characteristics are saved as a profile.
